Parsley (Flat leaved)

Strongly aromatic, flat-leaved parsley is an essential culinary herb for soups, stews, sauces and fish dishes. This attractive biennial herb produces upright clumps of glossy, bright green leaves, and has a stronger flavour than the closely related curly-leaf parsley. Easy to grow, even in partial shade, Italian Parsley thrives in patio pots, window boxes, borders and vegetable plots. Height and spread: 45cm (18).
