Weigela ‘White Lightning’

Weigela is a well loved garden shrub for its reliable performance and colourful display. This one is no exception, with pretty pink buds that open to pure white, tubular flowers in late spring. The variegated foliage keeps the display going even after the flowers fade.

Yucca flaccida ‘Ivory’

A compact, yet architectural shrub, which is invaluable for providing year round structure and colour. Yucca flaccida ‘Ivory’ is virtually stemless, forming a dense clump of sword-shaped leaves with a slightly drooping habit at the leaf tips. In summer, erect stems of large, white, bell-shaped blooms rise above the foliage in a magnificent display.

Cherry ‘Meteor Korai’

If you only have the space for one cherry then self-fertile Cherry ?Meteor Korai? makes an excellent choice as you won?t need a pollination partner. This recently introduced variety is a superb dual-purpose cherry. It produces fruits with a sweet-acid flavour that can be eaten freshly picked or cooked into pies and sauces.

Prunus ‘The Bride’

A striking variety with pink buds that open to pure white, single flowers with contrasting bright red anthers. This spectacular Fuji Cherry has a neat compact habit, forming an attractive, bushy crown. Like most Ornamental Cherries, Prunus ‘The Bride’ produces a lovely autumn display with richly coloured, orange and red foliage.

Lilac Dwarf ‘Tinkerbelle’

Developed from a cross between S. meyeri ?Palibin? x S. microphylla ?Superba? – the result being a dense, dwarf, upright, non-suckering shrub. Wine-red buds open in late spring to reveal panicles of starry pink flowers with the most exquisite fragrance.

Thuja occidentalis ‘Teddy’

Thuja occidentalis ‘Teddy’ is well named for its neat dwarf habit and softly textured, evergreen foliage, which makes a particularly tactile specimen plant. This slow growing conifer forms a rounded ball shape with a growth rate of only 5cm (2) each year, making it perfectly manageable for many years.

Lilac ‘Esther Staley’

Lilac ‘Esther Staley’ is an early flowering variety with flowers resembling those of a hyacinth. Purple-red buds open to a mass of lilac-pink, highly scented blooms in late spring. The heart shaped foliage emerges bronze, quickly maturing to mid-green throughout the summer.

This colourful Rhododendron hybrid certainly won?t blend into the background! Dark evergreen foliage is variegated with bright gold that will light up a shaded border all year round. Throughout May, large trusses of lilac-mauve flowers make a bold contrast with the leaves.

Styrax obassia

A striking deciduous tree that makes an unusual but most attractive addition to the garden. Styrax obassia is grown for its long racemes of fragrant, white, bell-shaped flowers that dangle among the foliage in June. Each raceme can reach up to 20cm (8) on mature specimens.

Rhododendron ‘Red Dawn’

A free flowering variety producing deep rose-pink flowers that open from red buds in May. Rhododendron ‘Red Dawn’ is an eye-catching Yakushimanum hybrid with a neat, dwarf habit.

Rhododendron ‘Scarlet Wonder’

Rhododendron ‘Scarlet Wonder’ has a marvellous spreading habit that forms a low, rounded shrub over time. The glossy, evergreen foliage provides sets off the scarlet blooms to perfection.

Rhododendron ‘Strawberry Cream’

The May flowers of this striking dwarf hybrid are a particularly unusual colour. The funnel-shaped blooms are creamy-pink with a peachy-yellow tinge at the throat. Rhododendron ‘Shamrock’

This delightful dwarf hybrid epitomises the freshness of spring with its green-tinted buds and pale yellow flowers. From April to May the blooms cover it?s glossy, dark green foliage. Rhododendron ‘Koster’s Brilliant Red’

This deciduous Azalea has a bushy, spreading habit. As the name implies, Rhododendron ‘Koster’s Brilliant Red’ provides abundant clusters of flaming, reddish-orange flowers in spring. The mid-green leaves appear after the flowers, turning a fiery orange-red in the autumn.

Schizophragma hydrangeoides var. concolor ‘Moonlight’

Schizophragma hydrangeoides var. concolor ‘Moonlight’ is a handsome RHS AGM variety. Commonly known as the Climbing Hydrangea for its Hydrangea-like, creamy-white, lace cap flowers which are borne in flat topped clusters during June and July.

Rose banksiae var. banksiae (Climbing Rose)

This vigorous climbing species rose needs plenty of space to be appreciated at its finest. Rose banksiae var. banksiae produces long, virtually thornless stems that will happily scale walls and look wonderful trained through the branches of large trees.
